Man Fatally Shot In Head In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot to death in North Philadelphia, Monday afternoon.

It happened in the 1800 block of Master Street, just after 4 p.m.

Police say a 23-year-old man was inside a home when he was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second person was shot in the arm.

There have been no arrests in this case.
