PHILADLEPHIA (CBS) -- A man and woman are dead following a murder-suicide in North Philadelphia, police said. This unfolded just before 9 a.m. on the 2300 block of North Leithgow Street.
Police say a 23-year-old woman was shot and killed by her 36-year-old ex-boyfriend, who then shot himself in the head.
