Man Drops Engagement Ring Into Water During Proposal

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — It was an engagement gone wrong in Kansas City.
Seth Dixon was on a bridge in a park, proposing to his wife-to-be Ruth Salas, when he dropped the ring. It fell through the bridge and was lost in the water below.
Hundreds Turn Out To Raise Funds For Girl, 3, Battling Rare Disease
The couple decided to have a good time with it.
