Man Charged For Fatal November 2013 Crash In Norristown

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – A suspect has been charged for a November 2013 crash in Norristown that killed a motorcyclist.

Police say Djuan Dominique Stout was arrested for the crash, which allegedly occurred on Nov. 3rd when Stout was parked illegally on Main Street.

Stout apparently pulled out of the spot then attempted to make a u-turn, striking and killing Gary Malone, who was riding a motorcycle.

Blood samples at the time of the accident revealed the presence of marijuana in Stout's system. He is now facing charges of Homicide by Vehicle and Driving After Imbibing Marijuana.
