Man Arrested In Connection With 3 Philadelphia Bank Robberies

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man wanted for at least three, and possibly more bank robberies has been arrested in North Philadelphia by the FBI/Philadelphia Police Violent Crime Task Force.
The sealed criminal complaint charges 43-year-old Dorren Mills with three bank robberies, a TD Bank on Frankford Avenue in the Mayfair section, another TD Bank on Walnut in Center City and a Wells Fargo on Market Street in Center City between February 10th and the 17th.
Last week, the FBI and police put out a release describing Mills as a 'suspected serial bank robber' wanted in at least five jobs in 11-days - including another TD Bank on Market and a Citizens Bank on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.
In one of the robberies detailed in the criminal complaint, an FBI agent says the robber presented the teller with a black plastic bag and a demand note that read "Don't panic!!! I have a pipe bomb fill up bag no dye packs will set off no hero, move now, don't play with me and quiet!!! You have 60-seconds."
The Police Bomb Disposal Unit inspected the paper bag he left behind and determined the contents of the bag to be a clock radio.
In the other two robberies, the FBI says the man threatened that he had a gun.
