Cops: Man Arrested In Connection With Delco Bomb Threats After Forgetting To Block His Number

UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Police say they have made an arrest in connection with the bomb threats at Walmart, Rite Aid and Family Dollar in Delaware County.

Authorities say 50-year-old Dennis Beck was charged with threats to use weapons of mass destruction and related charges.

Police say he was arrested after allegedly calling in a bomb threat to a dollar store behind a shopping center.

He forgot to block his number and police traced it back via the caller ID.

Police arrested Beck minutes later.

The incident comes just days after a Walmart, also in Boothwyn, was evacuated Friday night after police got a call about a suspicious package in the parking lot.

It was later determined the package was not a threat.
