Malcolm Jenkins Gets The Call To The Pro Bowl
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- When the Eagles' representatives were announced for the Pro Bowl, one of the names missing from the list, in the opinion of most fans, was Malcolm Jenkins. The unquestioned leader of the Eagles defense was one of the more effective safeties in the NFL, but he didn't make the Pro Bowl...until tonight.
Jenkins posted the following tweet on Monday night, announcing to the world that he was indeed heading to Hawaii.
Just got the call that I'll be on my way to Hawaii! Better late than never! #flyeaglesfly #grateful #blessed ???????? pic.twitter.com/We1BIJsOov

"Better late than never," Jenkins said.
Jenkins played in all 16 games for the Eagles this season. He recorded 90 solo tackles and two interceptions, one of which resulted in a 99 yard touchdown return.
