Low Turnout And No Surprises In New Jersey's Primary

TRENTON, N.J., (CBS) -- Low turnout and no surprises in New Jersey's primary.
State Senator Donald Norcross cruised to a Democratic win to replace former Congressman Rob Andrews.
"We're north of 70. It was sizable and significant, but we ran a positive campaign," Norcross said.
He'll face former Philadelphia Eagle turned sports talk host Garry Cobb.
"I want to live up to people's expectations and let everybody know that I really have the best interests of South Jersey in mind," Cobb said.
Another former Eagle, Jon Runyan, decided against a third term in Congress. Republican Tom MacArthur will take on Democrat Aimee Belgard.
Down the shore, Republican incumbent Frank LoBiondo breezed to a primary win as did attorney Bill Hughes, Junior, son of LoBiondo's predecessor in Congress.
In the U.S. senate race, incumbent Democrat Cory Booker ran unopposed. He'll face Republican activist Jeff Bell.
