Local Family Shares Story Of Alleged Discrimination At Hershey, Pa.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One in five people in the United States has a disability.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is supposed to prohibit discrimination against those with disabilities and ensure equal opportunity for those who are disabled. That law covers all disabilities, including what some people refer to as "hidden disabilities," such as autism.
