School Lockdowns Lifted Following Armed Robbery On Main Line

WAYNE, Pa. (CBS) -- The lockdowns have been lifted at a high school, elementary school, and college on the Main Line after an armed robbery in a neighborhood near their campuses.

Radnor Township High School and Elementary School, and Cabrini College -- all in Delaware County -- told students and staff to stay inside for around a half-hour this morning,

This, after police say a man was robbed outside his work truck by a guy with a gun.

It happened just after 10 o'clock on Pine Tree Road.

No one is in custody.

A spokeswoman at Eastern University, which is adjacent to Cabrini, says it was not put on lockdown because students already are on Christmas break. She says additional security personnel were posted on campus.
