Large Sinkhole Forms In King Of Prussia

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (CBS) -- A water main break has caused a large sinkhole that took out part of the street, sidewalk, and lawn near the King of Prussia Mall on Tuesday.

It happened near Route 202 and Shaffer Road.

Serious Accident Involving School Bus In Chester County 

Montgomery County dispatchers say they received the report just before 7 a.m. about a water main break that formed into a sinkhole. Police say a service line broke free from a 12 inch water main.

Aqua has shut off the water, and any properties on the 100 block of Shaffer Road in between Dekalb and Kingwood will not have water service for the majority of the business day.

The King of Prussia Mall was not impacted.
