Lane Johnson 'All Or Nothing' Ruling Coming Soon

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The decision on Lane Johnson's 10-game suspension is coming on either Tuesday or Wednesday, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

94WIP's Howard Eskin reports the Eagles right-tackle will either get the full 10 games or nothing at all.

"Lane Johnson's attorney decided he wanted to go to an arbitrator and not the NFL for the hearing," Eskin told Angelo Cataldi on Tuesday's 94WIP Morning Show. "The arbitrator decides on one or the other. It's either zero or it's ten. His attorney took the shot that it's gonna be nothing. It's gonna happen this week, from what I've been told. It's either zero or ten.

"I think it's gonna be the ten."

In August, news broke that Johnson is facing a 10-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance enhancing drug policy for the second time in two years. A third violation would result in a two-year suspension.
