Pennsylvania State Representative Kevin Boyle Arrested, Charged With Harassment And Violation Of A Protection From Abuse Order

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Pennsylvania State Representative is facing serious allegations. Kevin Boyle, a Democrat who represents parts of Northeast Philadelphia and Montgomery County, has been arrested for harassment and violation of a protection from abuse order, according to a criminal docket.

Last week, he was removed from his position on the house finance committee.

Boyle is scheduled to face a judge Tuesday morning.
