KenCrest Hosts Party Parade For Medically Fragile Resident To Celebrate 18th Birthday

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It was a special birthday surprise for a medically fragile young lady on her 18th birthday. Eyewitness News cameras were at the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill, where KenCrest hosted a party parade for Tracy, a resident of the program for most of her life.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her family and friends were not able to attend a party.
But KenCrest's nursing staff wanted to mark Tracy's milestone birthday with something special.
