CBS 3's Katie Fehlinger Overwhelmed With Positive Response To Powerful Message To 'The Haters'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- CBS 3's Katie Fehlinger is getting a lot of support on Facebook all because of a post about her pregnancy.

The glowing mom-to-be is almost 35 weeks pregnant with twins. With only a few weeks to go before her baby girls make their debut, Katie takes to Facebook to address some of the, well, not-so-nice comments being sent her way.

Katie responded with what she called a message for "the haters," writing on Facebook, "Even during the most uncomfortable - and let's face it, less than glamorous - symptoms of pregnancy, what women go through to bring their precious children into the world is, simply put, AMAZING and you should be lauded.

Frankly, I don't care how "terrible" or "inappropriate" anyone thinks I look. I will gladly gain 50 pounds & suffer sleepless, uncomfortable nights if it means upping my chances to deliver 2 healthy baby girls."

Now she's hearing from people around the country supporting her with more than 27,000 likes.

On Thursday, Katie shared this message on Facebook, saying she was beyond overwhelmed at the response she has received.  "Thank you all for proving that positivity outweighs the negative," she wrote.
