Juveniles Struck In Chester Hit & Run, Driver Fled On Foot

CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- According to police, at least two pedestrians were struck by a work van in Chester. The incident took place shortly before 4:30 p.m.

Officials say that the incident took place near 14th Street and Edgmont Avenue. According to police, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.

The two pedestrians struck were juveniles. Police say a witness followed the van into Upland Borough. The driver exited the vehicle there and began to flee on foot.

Chester Police say the vehicle has been located, but there has been no arrest in connection to the incident.

All of the injuries suffered were minor.
