Judge Tells Company To Pay Back Wages After Making Workers Clock Out For Bathroom Breaks

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A judge has ruled a Philadelphia-area publishing company, American Future Systems, must pay back almost $2 million to more than 6,000 employees.

The Department of Labor says the company did not pay workers during bathroom and other short breaks, making them clock out.

They say that violates the Fair Labor Standards Acts.
