Juan Pablo Torres Charged With Kidnapping 7-Year-Old Daughter From Elkins Park Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Forty-one-year-old Juan Pablo Torres is back in Pennsylvania and is now charged in the kidnapping of his 7-year-old daughter from her Elkins Park home. Police say Torres and two other armed men abducted Giselle Torres last Friday, prompting an Amber Alert.
Hours later, Giselle was found safe in New York City with Torres.
The case remains under investigation.
