Jersey Mike's Subs Paying Hefty Price For Violating Child Labor Laws

RADNOR, Pa. (CBS) -- New Jersey-based sandwich shop Jersey Mike's Subs is paying the price for violating child labor laws. The company was fined almost $25,000 by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Jersey Mike's was caught letting 14 and 15-year-old workers work past 7 p.m. on school days, past 9 p.m. during the summer and more than three hours on school days.

The investigation included Jersey Mike's stores in Radnor and Horsham.
