Jameis Winston Grew Up An Eagles Fan, Randall Cunningham Was His Favorite Player
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Jameis Winston was born in Bessemer, Alabama on January 6th, 1994, but somehow he grew up a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Jameis Winston: "I grew up an Eagles fan. I've been saying 'Fly Eagles Fly' my whole life. Now I've got to go up there and face them."

His favorite player, of course, was Randall Cunningham---even if his last year as an Eagle came just one year after Winston was born. Winston liked to watch highlights of Cunningham.

Like Cunningham, the 2013 Heisman Trophy winner at Florida State can devastate defenses with his legs.
Last week, Winston actually helped his favorite team, as his game-winning touchdown run pushed the Dallas Cowboys even further back in the NFC East. It was Winston's fourth rushing score of the season.
The 21-year-old rookie quarterback is quickly becoming the leader of his team, as you can see.
THAT is a post-win speech!
