Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Causes Major Delays On I-95 SB In Center City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A jackknifed tractor-trailer on I-95 southbound is caused major traffic delays in Center City Monday afternoon.

The accident happened just by the Vine Street Expressway on-ramp.

Crews worked quickly to clear the scene in time for rush hour.

There were no reported injuries and no word on what caused the driver to crash.
