PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- There's no way a little rain could put a damper on the parade of last minute shoppers in Chestnut Hill.
The town is festive and looking seasonally flourished, and it's still bustling on the Avenue for the last night of a time honored tradition: Stag and Doe Night.
