It's No Joke: Mt. Airy Landmark Offering Free Water Ice On April Fools' Day
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A landmark Philadelphia diner and ice cream shop is dishing out free treats on Tuesday.
To celebrate the start of the 2014 season, Mt. Airy's Trolley Car Ice Cream Shoppe will be offering guests free cups of water ice between noon and 9 p.m. on April 1st.
Stop by and choose from more than 10 flavors of homemade ice, including lemon, grape and mango.
This is reportedly the tenth year the store, which operates out of a 1948 historic trolley car, is offering the freebie.
