PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It's an event that organizers call Philadelphia's largest block party. The South 9th Street festival got underway Saturday around the Italian Market in South Philadelphia.
The gathering stretches over seven blocks with plenty of food, live music, and vendors.
The festival is back after a two-year hiatus.
It runs through Sunday.
