NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- There were more developments today in the ongoing investigation into whether Pennsylvania attorney general Kathleen Kane illegally disclosed grand jury information.

Kane's spokesman, Chuck Ardo, says the attorney general had some unexpected guests today.

"Investigators from the Montgomery County district attorney's office have come to Harrisburg and the attorney general's office in furtherance of their investigation," he said.

Ardo says they spent several hours in the office but didn't take any materials with them when they left.

Kane has denied the charges.

Ferman has declined to comment on the investigation until she makes her decision.
