PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – New research suggests having high-speed internet could mess with your ability to get a good night's sleep.
A recent study published in the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization found that people with high-speed internet lost almost a half-hour of sleep compared to those without it.
They're also less likely to get the recommended seven to nine hours of sleep, when going online before bed.
