By Paul Kurtz

YEADON, Pa. (CBS) -- Penn Wood High School and state senator Anthony Williams today honored a group of students who won a contest that challeneges kids to design an anti-bullying mobile "app."

Williams came up with the contest last spring for students in his district, to bring more awareness to the issue of bullying.

Earl Johnson (at left in photo) is one of four Penn Wood students who helped developed the winning app, called Fear No Bully.

"You just type in what's going on, where the incident happened, and you can choose whether to be anonymous or not," he explains.   "And you can also choose what kind of bullying it was -- was it cyber, was it physical, was it because of your sexuality? Things like that."

For their efforts, Johnson and his teammates recieved new iPad 2s.  The app is available to all school districts.
