PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A new study shows that ignoring your co-workers can improve your life. Researchers say it can help you avoid being tired and keep you from getting burned out.

They say it takes energy to switch between tasks when you're talking with co-workers and it often takes five to 25 minutes for you to get refocused.
