PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – An overturned tractor trailer is blocking a lane on an I-95 ramp in Bensalem. Surveillance video shows the tractor trailer overturned in the westbound lanes of the I-95 ramp at Woodhaven Drive.
Police have one lane blocked.
