PennDOT: I-76 Eastbound Off Ramp To Passyunk Avenue Re-Opened

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—State Police are assessing an accident on the I-76 Eastbound off ramp to Passyunk Avenue

Chopper 3 was over the scene where an overturned vehicle that had traffic at a standstill.

According to PennDOT, the I-76 eastbound off-ramp re-opened around 3:00 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was injured in the incident.
