Man Wanted For Homicide Apprehended After Barricade Situation In Hunting Park, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say a homicide suspect who barricaded himself inside a home in Hunting Park has been apprehended. Authorities say the incident began shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of North 7th Street.

Officers were at the scene after a man wanted for homicide ran into the home.

There were two people inside the location with him, officials say.

The suspect was apprehended by SWAT officers without incident, police say.
