How Will 'Made In America' Clean Up Affect Morning Rush Hour?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Made in America two-day concert event is now over and the cleanup of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway has begun. But will it be re-opened completely by Tuesday morning's rush hour?
Deputy Streets Department Commissioner Carlton Williams says he's hoping all the streets around the concert site will be clear for morning commuters.
"We all have been working throughout the event, continuously, to remove debris each day, after each concert. Having all the streets open is contingent upon the complete load out of equipment from the concert," he said.
Williams expects to have the outer lanes of the Parkway open for the morning rush.
He says it took a week to set up the stages and trestles for the concert. So it may take a few more days to get everything out, but Williams believes the streets will be open.
