Holiday Light Laser Projectors Being Stolen From Lawns In Vineland
VINELAND, NJ – After flying off the shelves at stores this holiday season it appears Star Shower laser projectors are flying off lawns in Vineland.
Police say at least 4 homeowners had their laser projectors stolen last week.
The Star Shower sells for $40 and up but because of short supply you'll find them listed for $100 or more on Craigslist.
"Everything was dark. We thought maybe the fuse went out or something but the whole thing had gotten taken," says Margaret Candelario whose projector was stolen on S West Ave.
Police say they don't have any security video to assist finding the thieves but caution people from buying second hand projectors that aren't in the box.
On Tuesday, police said four more incidents of laser projector thefts happened over the weekend.
