Hillary Clinton Targets Millennials As Campaign Returns To Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is heading back to Philadelphia, and this time she's targeting millennials.

The Clinton campaign released the announcement on Thursday, September 15th.

In her speech she will reportedly lay out the stakes of November's election for millennial voters in Pennsylvania and across the country.

She will also discuss the challenges facing young people, and how her agenda would support them. The release cited plans such as free community college and making debt-free college available to all Americans.

Clinton was previously in Philadelphia on August 16th.

Holding a rally at a West Philadelphia High School, that visit was part of an effort to register new voters in one of her strongholds.
