High Winds Cause Delays At Philadelphia International Airport

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Today's high winds are causing delays at Philadelphia International Airport.

Some arriving flights are running an average of an hour and 20 minutes behind schedule.

Also, flights departing for Newark International Airport are seeing delays of up to one hour and 15 minutes.
