Hershey Park: Guests Can Use Bathrooms According To Gender Identity

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Pennsylvania amusement park is the newest company adding themselves to the transgender bathroom debate.

Hershey Park announced that they will allow park guests and their employees to use restrooms that correspond to their gender identity.

"The Park has and will always strive to accommodate all guests and employees…" the statement read.

Companies like Target who have instituted similar bathroom policies have been both applauded and criticized for their decision.

People have had similar mixed reactions to Hershey's announcement.
