Heroin Found On 2-Year-Old At NJ Daycare

PATERSON, N.J. (AP) — Police have arrested a father after 48 packets of heroin were found in his 2-year-old son's jacket at a New Jersey daycare center.

An employee at Michael's Energy Factory in Paterson made the discovery. Police say there's no indication the child knew the drugs were in his pocket or that other children were exposed to the heroin.

Police have charged the father with child endangerment.
