Heavy Snowfall Is Good For Some Businesses

SPRINGFIELD, Pa. (CBS)—Snow is falling less and less Tuesday night but that does not mean crews' workload has lightened up.

They are working hard to clear the roads by Wednesday morning, unlike previous winters when they were hardly working.

Dan Flynn of Dan Flynn landscaping says, "Snow is gold, you gotta love it."

And those driving the snow plows are "pumped" at the sight of Old Man Winter.

Joe DiLuzio of Greenstone Gardens says, "We look forward to the snow. It keeps people working in the winter time."

And just because some folks work outside, that doesn't mean they can't enjoy the snow.

One employee says, "It's kind of fun, I like it."

But, of course, not everyone agrees.

Will Damian, who works outdoors, comments, "It's fun until you've been out here since 3:30 today. It's cold."

So, what's the best way to survive this storm?

DiLuzio offers this piece of advice, "Approach everything with caution, don't be going too fast obviously and only go out if you desperately have to."
