Hazmat Situation Reported In Montgomery County After Police Attempt To Serve A Warrant

HORSHAM, Pa. (CBS) -- A Montgomery County hotel was briefly evacuated due to a reported hazmat situation.

The incident happened at the Days Inn on Easton Road in Horsham.

Police say they went to the hotel to serve a warrant to a suspect, when the man jumped out of a third floor window.

Everyone who is not staying on the third floor of the building is now allowed back into their rooms.

Authorities say they are looking a white male, early 30s, about 6 feet tall, with multiple tattoos.

So far, there are no reports of any injuries.

It was not immediately known what caused the hazmat situation.
