Harrisburg Porno Email Scandal Now Moving Into Judicial Branch

HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS) - The Pennsylvania Attorney General and the Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court have reached an agreement over those racy emails that were uncovered by the AG recently.
Attorney General Kathleen Kane is sending a supervisory agent to Chief Justice Ron Castille's office to show him the pornographic emails exchanged between high-ranking state employees, including some in the judicial branch.
"The Attorney General and Judge Castille spoke directly to each other, and we will be providing him information," says AG spokeswoman Renee Martin. "We'll be sending one of our supervisory agents down for him to review some emails and some images on our forensic computer."
Martin says eight names surfaced initially in connection with the investigation:
"We supplied background information, supporting information, to both the media and the governor last week, as a result of that, the justice contacted Attorney General Kane and asked for additional information that pertains to the courts."
Four people have so far resigned as a result of the email scandal.
At least one judge, Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffrey, has been implicated in the situation.
