PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Happy Hours.

Whether you drink or not, you know you can save a lot of money at restaurants during happy hour. The trick has been knowing exactly when that time is, since it varies from place to place.

Happy Hours shows all of the food and drink specials near you – along with when you can get them. The app covers over 100 cities right now and is adding more all the time.
