Graduate! Philadelphia is a non-profit organization serving over 70,000 Philadelphians who started their degrees and never finished. Staff works with adults on a one-to-one basis helping to figure out the best college program for their individual needs, how to afford going back to school and strategies on fitting classes into already busy schedules. Advisors get people started and work with them until they complete their degrees. All services are free, and perhaps an employer might also offer financial assistance for classes.
