Gift of Life Donor Program

Vanessa Duvert from Gift of Life and LaVerne Clark, a heart recipient were here to speak about the importance of organ donation especially in the African American Community.

LaVerne's life has totally changed since receiving her heart transplant and she wants all of our viewers to understand the importance of this. Vanessa shared with us that Gift of Life is celebrating 40 years in the business and they serve as the middle man between donors and patients.
