Power Issue Forces Evacuation Of Willow Grove Mall

WILLOW GROVE, Pa., (CBS) -- A power issue forced the evacuation of the Willow Grove Mall in Montgomery County Tuesday night.

At around 8 p.m. a Mall spokeswoman says there was an "electrical surge" at Bloomingdale's and employees and customers had to leave the store. Abington police and fire officials arrived on scene. The entire mall then had to be evacuated as a precaution as PECO crews worked to solve the problem. No one was injured. The spokeswoman says the mall is expected to open on time on Wednesday.
