Galloway Township High School Student Arrested For Allegedly Making Bomb Threats

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ (CBS) – Police say a 17-year-old Absegami High School student has been arrested for making two bomb threats at the school.

The threats were reportedly made on Sept. 25th and 26th.

The male student was charged with two counts of Terroristic Threats, two counts of False Public Alarms, and two counts of Criminal Mischief. He has also been suspended from school and placed on home electronic monitoring pending a court hearing.

Police are reminding all parents and students that similar threats will be investigated and prosecuted.
