Fumes Temporarily Evacuate Elementary School In North Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An elementary school in Philadelphia was forced to temporarily evacuate students and staff Thursday morning due to an unknown fume inside the school.

The incident happened at the Wright Richard Elementary School on W. Dauphin Street in North Philadelphia.

Students and staff were evacuated because of fumes in the school. The source of the fumes was not immediately known.

Students were allowed back in at about 11:30 a.m.

The incident remains under investigation.
