Fire in Philadelphia's Harrowgate neighborhood placed under control

Fire under control at vacant building in Philadelphia's Harrowgate section

A fire in North Philadelphia's Harrowgate section that started Tuesday afternoon is under control.

Several fire trucks responded to the blaze Tuesday afternoon on the 3700 block of Frankford Avenue.

Philadelphia Fire Department officials said no injuries have been reported.
