Four Shot In Feltonville

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Around 11:30 Saturday night, multiple gunshots were heard in Philadelphia's Feltonville section. Four men were shot in the street near Wyoming and Whitaker avenues.

One of the victims was shot in the head, and is in extremely critical condition.

Investigators say two men got in an argument on the 4700 block of Tampa Street. According to police, one of the men got on the phone and called a friend for help.

Not too long after, a car pulled up with several men inside and bullets started flying. Police say the intended target was shot in the leg and started running, putting innocent bystanders in harm's way.

"At the same time there are two cars driving southbound on Whitaker, and unbeknownst to me, bullets are flying down the alleyway and these two cars were hit," said Philadelphia Police Captain George Fuchs.

The driver of one of those cars was shot in the head. He's in critical condition. In the other car, two back-seat passengers were both shot in the neck. They are in stable condition.

Police say they have two persons of interest in custody.
