Fortune Telling Woman Arrested And Charged With Theft By Deception

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A woman has been arrested and charged after an investigation into her spiritual readings and meditation services.

Semeinta Siganoff of Devon, Pennsylvania was charged with theft by deception and fortune telling.

Tredyffrin Police Township police were alerted after a client of hers reported they paid over $24,000 for spiritual readings, meditation services and other life improvements promises.

The victim said each time they would see Siganoff, the fees would increase.

After a police investigation, Siganoff was arrested and charged.
