Former NJ Scoutmaster Sentenced To 85 Years In Prison For Sex Assaults

MAYS LANDING, N.J. (AP) — A judge has sentenced a former Boy Scouts leader in southern New Jersey to 85 years in prison for sexually assaulting five boys in Atlantic and Burlington counties.

Prosecutors say 41-year-old Brian Killion of Absecon preyed on the children during camping trips in Burlington and Cape May counties, at his home, at their homes and in his truck between 1997 and 2010. The boys were between 11 and 15 years old.

Killion must serve nearly 64 years behind bars before he'll become eligible for parole.
